The service

DDSpass validates, converts and repairs supplier geodata into TRACES-ready GeoJSON, and produces a fix report. Processing happens in your browser. The free tier shows full validation and on-screen fixes for every plot, with no limit; paid tiers add the downloadable cleaned file, supplier reports and multi-file batches.

Subscription & pricing

Pro — €39/month. Downloadable cleaned files and supplier reports in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, plus multi-file batches.

Agency — €149/month. Bulk (broker) mode for high-volume customs work. Where the Agency plan is not yet available, bulk is included with Pro as early access.

Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable; a VAT invoice is issued by our merchant of record. Payment is billed monthly in advance.

Billing & cancellation

Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from the Polar customer portal (footer → "Manage subscription"); access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Informational tool — not legal advice

DDSpass is an informational tool. Its checks follow the European Commission's EUDR GeoJSON File Description v1.5 (5 May 2025), but it does not constitute legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Commission or TRACES. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your declaration and for meeting your EUDR obligations.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDSpass is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for rejected declarations, penalties, or losses arising from use of the tool. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
